Located in the heart of the Tohoku region in Iwate Prefecture, Appi Kogen Ski Resort is the largest ski area in Tohoku, boasting 21 courses and a longest run of 5,500 meters. The resort is surrounded by hot springs and accommodation facilities, while the ski center at the base offers a fully equipped snow resort with a food court, ski shop, and rental stations for well-known brands.

The slopes, which spread out from the summit to the east and west, are divided into four areas, offering courses suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. People of all ages and skill levels can enjoy this resort.
